Stunning Ocean views and beach outlook, 700metres from the heart of Surfers Paradise. Modern beautifully renovated large 2 bedroomed unit. Open plan living area with large balcony and breath taking ocean views.
A few steps to the beautiful surfers paradise beach.
Guests are welcome to use the resort facilities, relax in the large outdoor and indoor pool, garden area, hot tub, sauna and wellness centre.
(Christmas and New Year, we require a check in between 20th to 24th December 23, and a minimum of 7 nights for the Christmas booking so earliest check out would be on 27th. New Year Check in will be available on whichever day the Christmas guest checks out. With a check out available on either the 2nd or 3rd January. A minimum of 6 or 7 nights. No empty gap nights permitted in bookings over this period. It's our peak period and needs to be filled. Therefore please contact us to discuss your dates, do not use instant booking. )
The spacious apartment has a large open plan living area including a 55inch smart TV plus free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a king size bed in each. Sleeps a total of 4. One bedroom with small balcony and ocean views has an en-suite bathroom and walk in robe. The second spacious bedroom has ocean views. The main bathroom has a bath and shower as pictured. Fully renovated to a top standard of luxury finishes.
The unit has a full laundry fully equipped.
Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment.
There are 2 air conditioners in the unit and ceiling fans.
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Strictly no smoking on balcony either.
There is also an option for basement parking for one car, please with us check for availability.
A reminder of our house rules:
A copy of Photo ID is required 48 hours after booking. Details about your group, purpose of your trip, who is included in the booking. Cancellation may occur if not provided. Minimum age of booking guest 25yrs.
This property is not suitable for school leavers/Hens/Bucks/parties/Events/Birthday parties/or noisy groups - noise must be kept to a minimum, no noise after 9pm.
Can be used only by booking guest and confirmed guests. Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the owner.
Extra cleaning fees apply for longer term bookings over 7 days. Options are available for weekly mini clean and full linen change at a an extra charge. The exit clean and laundry costs are included in your booking.
We offer a pet friendly option for pre approved pet, depending on age, size and breed. Please contact us prior to booking for permission to bring your dog.
Christmas and New year is peak season, we have minimum nights policy, with no nightly gaps between bookings over this period. No check ins/outs on the Christmas New year public holidays. If you are unsure contact us to discuss your dates.
