About this property

Ponies|Heated Pool|Acreage

- 3 minutes from Avoca or Terrigal Beach.
- 2.5 acres of quiet
- Heated (All year round) and fenced swimming pool.
- Huge trampoline and playgym with swing
- 3 miniature horses that love being fed carrots.
- While away the sunset watching the ducks in the creek from the porch with a glass of wine

The Cabin is self contained with a bathroom, kitchenette and lounge.

- 2 x Bedrooms with a Queen bed
- 1 x Bedroom with 2 Single beds

There won’t be anyone staying at the main house during your stay, but there may occasionally be cleaners/tradesmen at the main house during the day, other than that you will have the property and pool to yourself.


Pet Guests -

We welcome four legged family members, but they must be included in the booking.
A $150 fee will be added if they are not.
We ask that they are kept off the beds and couches and sleep in their own bedding.
Outside the cabin the area is fully fenced from the street as well as the rear paddock.

Beautiful retreat

The place was beautiful, the cabin was clean and had everything we needed, and the scenery was lovely, as described and close enough to terrigal beach and everything. The only thing is I had my dogs with me who are flight risks 😂 and the fence wasn’t 100% secure, mostly around where the horses had dented the wire a little, so it made it a bit harder to manage them. So if you have dogs that will try to escape, be careful of that, otherwise it was a lovely place, and as described.
