CASA CEIBA

Casa Ceiba is a newly built luxury villa, thoughtfully designed to offer elegance, comfort, and modern amenities within 1,050 square meters of space. At its heart stands a magnificent centenary Ceiba tree, creating a tranquil centerpiece complemented by vaulted wooden ceilings and sophisticated furnishings.

The spacious main living room invites relaxation in a refined setting, while the formal dining area, featuring two large tables for up to 16 guests, is ideal for hosting gatherings. An air-conditioned studio with a 75″ TV provides a private space for entertainment or unwinding.

The villa’s outdoor spaces are crafted for both relaxation and entertaining. A lush garden surrounds the inviting swimming pool, offering a serene retreat. The expansive gazebo, fully equipped with a kitchen, TV, and full bathroom, doubles as an outdoor living and dining area, ensuring a seamless blend of comfort and style for any occasion.

RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates
> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners
> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach
> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities
> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center

FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
