This a very clean and spacious rental with lots of room and a variety of areas in the house to eat and hangout together or separately without feeling cramped or crowded. The Kitchen is roomy and perfect for cooking for a large group. This place is Perfect for all ages and is right next to beach vehicle entrance which is very convenient. It is very quiet at night and we all sleep great!! The owners really care and are readily available by phone if you have any issues (we had none) and they really want you to have a good time. We had a great time and we highly recommend this rental!

This property was awesome! Great location, beautiful views and a lot of room for everyone to have their own area in the house to hang out. We cooked several meals at the house and it was well stocked and everything worked perfectly. Love it!

The home was clearly well paid attention to and it was very comfortable for our party of 10. Kim was a super active host and was very attentive. We had a little problem with one of the toilets and she sent somebody over to fix it right away. Overall, we had a very nice experience.

So we went on vacation and decided to rent out a beach house - and I have to say this beach house met all of our specifications .. We were basically right on the water with a beautiful view from the living room window - When we arrived the home was very clean and also had plenty of nice furniture for our upcoming festive activities .. At night time we were able to light bonfires on the beach & that lighting combined with the great lighting on the porch made the experience that much better . Major supermarkets & great restaurants are within a few minute drive , there’s also a small town store within walking distance, which made everything that much more convenient .. Also the staff that handles the bookings & any concerns we’re very friendly and easy to deal with & that is something that’s very important to me - if you’re going on vacation in this area I would definitely recommend renting this beach house out for as long as you can 👍

Relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed our trip to Oceano. This is our third time staying at a rental house on the Strand, and we loved this place. The sunroom was a beautiful place to eat, the fire ring was well located, the bunk room was perfect for the kids, and the piano was a nice bonus. Communication with the renter was great. Thanks for a fun vacation!

Between the dunes is a large comfortable beach house with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals. The children loved exploring the dunes and the coast. Although we didn’t get sunny days, spending quiet reading time allowed for great relaxation We will hopefully be returning soon

Dreamy Sunroom

Very quaint, lots of room. The sunroom was well decorated and very cozy. The perfect beach house. It is to be noted that the beach is also a pretty active highway with trucks and trailers so you can’t really relax close to the water, but we still enjoyed being tucked away in the sand dunes with a gorgeous view of the ocean.

Perfect family beach getaway!

The owners were incredible, can’t say enough about them. Very responsive, answered all questions and have great recommendations! The home was spacious, better than described and we all loved it! The kitchen was filled with all the comforts of home and more! Our kids (pre-teen and teens) had a blast! Loved the location! Very close to Pismo, Avila Beach and SLO also. Pismo beach wing family reunion

We were so pleased with our stay. The house was just as the pictures showed. The ocean front home was steps away from the waves. The four bedrooms and two baths were an excellent fit for us, and the kitchen was FANTASTIC. We "kinda" laughed at the pictures where each plate and utensils were placed.....at first, but it was an EXCELLENT guide for us to replace once used. Our family was so pleased that we plan on making this home our annual gathering place. Thank you for making our Christmas so Merry.

Oceano beach home exceeded our expectations

We felt very welcome at this home on Oceano beach. The host was very responsive to our questions. The home had everything we needed and more. The home has a nice beach decor and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the sunroom for morning coffee and dinners on the outdoor deck which was shielded from the wind. The deck led right onto the beach which was perfect for long walks. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this rental.

This house was phenomenal and so great to stay in! It's location is amazing being right on the beach and was an easy and in out. We loved the ease of the beach access right out the back down and being able to play in the sand right there at the house and also walk down to the water when we wanted. We were able to have our child play in the sand right in front while people were able to get ready or just sit on the patio. We had a view of the ocean from pretty much all of the windows at the back of the house and loved to sit on the back patio and sunroom to look. The patio was awesome with the wind break as it allowed us to sit outside when the wind picked up and not have sand blown in our faces and enjoy the sunshine and ocean air. The house was big enough for all of us and plenty fun to enjoy for our 4 generations. It was great for people to be able to be inside and outside when they wanted and everyone still be close to each other and switch in and out as needed/wanted.
