We are based in Auckland but visit Great Barrier regularly. We enjoy going fishing , doing walks and generally chilling out. We also enjoy spending time in our back yard attending to all our trees that we have planted .

Why they chose this property

It’s got a great community and vibe and feels like an overseas destination. Great beach. Oddly enough it’s only 2.5 hours door to door from our main residence in Auckland.

What makes this property unique

We are located right in the middle of Medlands Beach. There is a new craft brewery a short stroll away in Masons Road. It’s a very easy to live in house with a lot of flexibility to cater for the different wind directions. But it’s all good on the Barrier really !!
