Bookings for any party group will be cancelled as this property is not suitable for these groups. The booking will only be accepted on the basis that guests agree to respect our neighbours and abide by our House Rules and the VIC Code of Conduct. Bookings that do not meet these requirements will be cancelled with a full refund
A second living room is located at the opposite end of the house, leading out onto a sunny lawn, veranda sandpit & slide for the little folk.
There are multiple gates to ensure that the children don't wander too far.
The master bedroom features a spacious ensuite & walk in robes, along with garden views.
Three more bedrooms feature a queen bed or twin single beds with built in robes.
One bedroom has a desk & HDMI monitor for any work from home requirements with fast NBN throughout the house. To cater for all ages, the house has a cot & bassinet. Additional stretcher beds & travel cots for toddlers can also be made available.
There is a separate bathroom with shower & bath , as well as powder room & laundry with washer & dryer ( in addition to the clothesline).
You can also clean off after a trip to the beach with the heated outdoor shower.
And don't worry about the fridge space, with the large side-by-side fridge a perfect match for holiday makers.
All rooms feature ducted heating & ceiling fans, and on the rare occasions when air conditioning is required, there is a split system in the main living area.
