Only a 5 minute walk to charming Penetang downtown, 10 min walk to beach, boat cruise and amazing kids splash pad/park,walking/biking/roller blading and marina. You can drive 10 min to amazing “Cuba” style beaches ie. Balm Beach. Many modern comforts & a large deck oasis with BBQ!Parking up to 7 cars! This is a unique getaway! Animal and family friendly!
The space
Perfect for entertaining your friends or making memories with your family and loved ones! This home has 5 bedrooms (3 on main floor and 2 bdrm on second level and a loft area upstairs where I also have a futon and a comfy cot if u need. Get your bathing suites on and enjoy the beautiful Surroundings of Georgian Bay!
Have a fire in the backyard as well! Boat cruises only $40 per adult for 3 hrs, $30 for children and under 2 yrs are free! $20 per meal if wanted! Only 7 min walk away to get on boat cruise! So much fun to be had!
