The perfect location for a friend or family getaway! Cozy, private, and close to the beach..... Relax with a later check out time at noon on departure day.

Enjoy a quiet and comfortable retreat tucked away in a unique setting full of character and charm. Located only a few minute's walking distance from all that Cobourg has to offer.

About a 10 minute walk to Cobourg's well-known sandy beach, restaurants, and shopping in the heritage downtown core, have a comfortable nights rest and start your day with a stroll to the beach and walk along the boardwalk. A grocery store and beer store are only steps away, and if you decide to take the train, it's only a 5 minute walk from the train station right around the corner.

This suite is a 2 story unit with a private entrance right off the parking lot. It has a eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room, and a second-floor bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. The single bed is tucked away in a space giving your guest a bit of privacy, creating a delightful shared room with a private nook.

Short but lovely stay

We were in town for the Senior Broomball Provincial tournament. We opted to rent this lovely, nicely decorated VRBO. Theaccommodations were great, exactly what we needed and the location was perfect, close to the arena and within walking distance to restaurants between games.

This place is so charming without sacrificing modern necessities. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The selection of coffee and the local baked goods upon arrival is a super thoughtful touch. The walkability is fantastic as well. You can easily get to downtown shops and restaurants in 15 mins tops, and the beach is about 20. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Great getaway home

I would highly recommend staying at this property and look forward to doing so again. The host was so easy to work with and so accommodating. Our First Cobourg Highland Games

Wow!! Just what we needed and more! Healthy seniors here. A few times, our Mother and I walked round-trips to Victoria Park as we took in the Scottish celebrating. We instantly loved the Poplars as we pull around the verandah - so grand. Spotless spaces inside and out. Such a fascinating historical building with the the most charming character ! We love the 'old' with the new - all the right upgrades!! The decorating is very well done. They use the great antiques where they could be funtioning and admired. At the same time, all the spaces feel cosy but not at all cluttered. Natural lighting so lovely throughout. Plumbing, electrical. Thanks. Everything worked as designed! Brand new linens on a comfortable bed! Thick bath towels! VERY CLEAN & Quiet. Very comfortable, fun and clean! J
