The location of our property was ideal. The views were stunning and we were literal steps from the beach. It made everything easier and convenient. However, the porch needs some serious work. There is a lot of dry rot around the deck. The chairs in the dining room were also dirty. There was stuff spilled down them and dirt all of them. They needed a good wiping down. Other than that though the property was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the house is extremely spacious. We love Dauphin Island. This was our second time coming and we will be back! We’ve always stayed in condos when we go to any beach. The house was a game changer for us.

Super Nice Unit

9 of us in all, two families, we stay on the island once or twice a year. Overall, this house was one of the better we have rented. Deck needs a little work. Not in bad shape, but the coating they put on it is hot as all getup. That and the weak WIFI are all that kept this from being the perfect place.
