W0302: Freshly remodeled! This lovely two bedroom unit is located on the third floor on the west side of Eden. The spacious kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, updated cabinets and granite counter tops. A king size bed is in the master bedroom, flat screen TV and there is a private bath that features a new Tiled- walk in shower and new soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed to accommodate a couple or for your children. This unit also has a guest bathroom that has a shower/tub combo right across from the laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a brand new 48 inch flat screen TV; there is a sleeper sofa in the living room which allows this property to comfortably sleep 6 people. You can take in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony that is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Full size washer and dryer in unit.
