Situated just a 10-minute drive from the airport and the city center, this property is perfectly positioned for convenient access to all that Hobart has to offer.
The house is equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds, as well as amenities to ensure your relaxation after a day of exploration.

Our house is along with 3 others, is located within a complex where we share a driveway. Therefore, please review the check-in guide we provide before checking in to avoid disturbing our neighbors. Please respect our neighbourhood, We appreciate your understanding.

- Unit 3 is in the top left corner of the complex of 4 units, with a white number "3" sign and a colorful sign saying "Zenith Court's accommodation" on the wall facing the road. Please do not knock around asking for the right unit. If you are checking in late and/or checking out early (9PM to 7AM), please keep your voice low and minimize conversations until you are in the house so that our neighbours are not disturbed. We really appreciate your cooperation.
-DO NOT parking between our unit and unit 4 because my neighboring neighbor is quite sensitive, And she has a camera monitoring Unit 3 and 4 at all times. Only one car can be parked here. Please park according to the instruction with the link. If there are two cars, the other one must use street parking. Thank you for your understanding.
