Great Condo Great Lake View

Spacious condo w great balcony. View of Lake Ozark at night was spectacular. Very quiet and peaceful. Very tastefully appointed. Small kitchen. Good bath. Medium firm mattress? Would recommend for a long weekend or 1/2 weeks. One minor drawback, Parking is on the 2/3 level and the condo is down on the first level. 2 flights of stairs to get there or back to your car. Hill from Horseshoe Bend drive down to condo parking is very steep. Have good brakes on your vehicle. Would stay again!

Nice place but not service or help when requested

Condo was as pictured and screened in porch near water was very relaxing. Primary bed (king) mattress should be replaced, on one side warped such that person sleeping on that side rolled to center of bed. Countertops and bedding/towels very clean however floors needed work. Floor not cleaned near walls/trim/behind doors such that hair and debris from prior guests noticed upon arrival. If you need anything local contact not very responsive and may require separate request to maintenance that won't be resolved either. Quick service resolution would have made more pleasant and is typical with other VRBO rentals experienced.
