Cottage on Groom was the perfect location and set up for our family. The space was gorgeous, well thought out and had absolutely everything we needed. Would highly recommend to any larger families coming to the area.

Ideal for our purposes and good size for the family. Some spots (such as kitchen sink to splash back) quite superficially cleaned. Shower temperature needs only very small change on handle to go from cool to burning hot. Otherwise very good. Help from owners was excellent.

The house was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. As a group of 7 we were more than comfortable with the 2.5 bathrooms, 3 larger bedrooms, with one of the rooms furnished with a queen bed and bunk beds. The fireplace was perfect for cold nights and the kitchen well stocked. The kids enjoyed the board games and puzzles. I loved the cook books, books, and travelogues lying around. As Melbournians we appreciated the coffee machine and the fresh coffee beans for a delicious cuppa every morning of our stay.
