ARGIA Fully self contained, Family sized holiday home, with views of Proper Bay.

This beautiful three bedroom holiday home has a balcony that overlooks the entrance to the marina and has a stunning view of Stanford Hill at the National park across the bay. It is only a short walk to the Parnkalla Trail that takes you all the way around the coast of Port Lincoln. There is plenty of space to park your car and your boat if you wish. There is an out door entertaining area with a BBQ. There is an reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans to regulate the temperature for your comfort. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a shower and the main bathroom has a bath. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and tea and coffee facilities. There is a laundry with a washing machine and ironing facilities. No Pets
