Crime ridden area.
To scared to sleep as there was trespassers at 1.45am trying to steal the car, no response from manager apon texting. Extremelynoisy from the pub down the street on 2 nights, the music shook the windows, the old blankets on the beds were really filty. Laundry tough filty. Bottle of something in the trough. No privacy curtains. Not safe at all, we left a day earlier. I can NOT RECOMMEND tro
This property was a beautifully revovated original stone home with georgous established gardens.
Really enjoyed the location and had carefree yard with our fur baby. Everything thing you could think of supplied. Very spacious. Mandy was brilliant with communication. We had no troubles during our stay and it felt very much like a home. Will stay again in a heartbeat.
While the house was spacious and had all the ammenities advertised, the location was disappointing. It was, as advertised, a 10 mins walk to the town, but was not located in an attractive part of town. The large silo in view, busy road, and noisy pub reduced the incentive to spend time at the property. The garden was spacious and well fenced for our dog, but the lack of lawn and abundance of burr baring weeds was disappointing. Outdoor heating would have made for more pleasant evenings outside.
The property is nicely located close to town.
Communication with property manager was excellent and whilst the house is old it has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
They pictures accurately show all facets of the property.
We had a wonderful family gathering as we were all traveling to surprise my daughter. We enjoyed several nights together in the comfort of this lovely property. The grandies were able to play safely in the house and yard... one of the guests was in a wheel chair and it was effortless to access the whole property. Would highly recommend this property. The kitchen is great as we cooked so many family meals there and was wonderfully equipped
A very pleasant stay. Walked to the beach in less than 20 minutes (with kids in tow). Enjoyed an afternoon at the local beer garden which was great.
The home has everything you could need to make what you wanted and when we asked if there was a clothes horse, the owner delivered a new one within the hour - great service. She was very easy to liaise with and gave good local advice when asked.
A smell of stale cigarette smoke was a bit off putting at first but because the home was so clean and well presented that wasn’t a barrier to feeling comfortable.
Overall, we loved our stay.

Thanks for your booking, glad you had a great time in Lincoln! Sorry for the lingering cigarette odour - we ask guests to smoke outside but obviously someone did ignore my request and smoked in the lounge room. Grrrr! I've washed all the soft furnishings, shampooed the carpet and hope it is fading!
