Double story 4 bedroom House sea views stays up to 10 people. All living on second story split level 2 small steps into the lounge dining kitchen.
Two sets of stairs to get to this level.

Large front balcony to enjoy the Amazing sunrises and spend and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the balcony enjoying a BBQ with friends, family or some romantic time alone while enjoying the most Amazing sea views and beautiful Boston Island View.

Bedroom 1. Main bedroom with queen bed and private ensuite You can enjoy the sea view the sea while relaxing in bed.
Bedroom 2. Bunk beds to accommodate 4 people.
Bedroom 3. Queen Bed with gorgeous garden views.
Bedroom 4. Queen Bed with gorgeous garden views.

Back under cover verandah to enjoy thosecm beautiful sunsets. Escape the hustle of any main road noise if you enjoy some quiet time.
Second bathroom is shared and has a large spa bath.
Separate powder room. Separate 2nd toilet.
3rd toilet down stairs.
Remote control Double garage down stairs to keep your vehicles cool and under ccover for those hot days.

Fully functional laundry with washing machine and dryer.
BBQ and gas supplied. Must be left clean
Or a additional fee of $50 is charged if left unclean.

All linen, towels and a complimentary condiment tray of tea, coffee, milk and snacks supplied to get you started.

Nespresso Coffee machine supplied for the coffee lovers- pods not included.

Beautiful property with stunning views

We loved our stay here and felt blessed. Everything was provided. We enjoyed witnessing sunrises and sunsets. Port Lincoln is a beautiful place. There are so many things to explore. Best holiday.
