What makes this property unique
We are pretty spoilt here, as it caters our love of life like fishing, swimming and walking on the beach.
North Shields beach is so clean and you can wade in the water and see the bottom so clearly on most days
Walk to the Jetty and see people pulling in squid and the odd fish, or we watch from our verandah boats launching every day going out to bag their limits easily.
We watch people canoe on a nice day, and wind surf on the windy days nearly hitting our roof with their sails
Our neighbours walk their dogs every day and you can nearly time them for a quick hello how you going.
Friday nights its a two minute walk to the pub for a catch up with the neigbours and hear whats going on for the week.
Every day we thank our lucky stars, starring out the window seeing this amazing therapetic ocean in front of us
Words are not descriptive enough to capture nature at its best
We hope you enjoy our lovely homeWe are truly fortunate to live here, as it caters to our love for activities like fishing, swimming, and walking on the beach.
North Shields Beach is incredibly clean, and on most days, you can wade into the water and see the bottom clearly. A stroll to the jetty allows us to watch people catching squid and the occasional fish, while from our verandah, we enjoy watching boats launching every day as they head out to fill their catches with ease.
On lovely days, we see people canoeing and, on windy days, windsurfing, with their sails almost brushing against our roof! Our neighbors walk their dogs daily, and we can nearly time our quick hellos to see how everyone is doing.
On Friday nights, it's just a two-minute walk to the pub for a catch-up with the neighbors and to hear what's been happening throughout the week.
Each day, we thank our lucky stars as we gaze out the window at the amazing therapeutic ocean in front of us. Words alone cannot capture the beauty of nature at its best.
