Cosy 3 bedroom house close to town

Cosy 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house on Hilltop Drive, one of the most beautiful areas in Port Lincoln. Basic amenities in the house with a queen bed in the main bedroom and double beds in the other 2 rooms. The house has all the basic amenities with a reverse cycle in the living room and fans in all the bedrooms. There is a fully functioning kitchen and a laundry and pets are welcomed although the yard is not enclosed. Small outdoor area big enough for a barbecue with family and friends. Large yard big for a boat or a trailer. Great views from the house of the bay and Boston Island. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and the shops, pubs, cafes, supermarkets and the glorious front beach.

A very comfortable home. Extremely clean, well equipped and well situated only a five minute drive from the town centre. Very accessible for elderly and disabled people - access by car to the back of the house where there is stair free entry. Would definitely recommend this property.
