Hermitage garden cottage is a beautifully renovated limestone cottage with modern amenities located at 7 Hermitage Crescent, Port Lincoln. You have your own private entry which leads through a courtyard garden to your entry door which opens to the living room. The kitchen and bedroom are flanked by a verandah which overlooks a Persian style 'Paradiese Garden' with a water feature. We live on the other side of the fence and around the corner at 9 Stuart Tce and can be reached if you should need any help or assistance. You might see Uta at times in our private vegetable garden which is adjacent to the courtyard garden, however she will only interact if you wish so. We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. The cottage offers a modern, accessible bathroom and a fresh, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. There is a 2 plate ceramic cook tops and a convection microwave oven which allows you to grill, cook and heat up dishes. There is a fridge and a freezer to keep your food cool and fresh. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a Weber Baby Q barbecue and a fire pit. Due to our moderate nightly price we ask you to pay for fire wood separately. This also applies to firewood for the fireplace inside. Hermitage Garden Cottage is situated in walking distance from the Port Lincoln town centre / foreshore and a stone's throw away from the Port Lincoln Hospital.
Hermitage Garden Cottage offers tranquillity and comfort for that special time away.

Really comfortable relaxing stay in this cottage, within easy walking distance of shops and cafes, brewery and eatery’s in Port Lincoln. Will visit again
Such a lovely place to enjoy a weekend away. Very well maintained accommodation, great location not far from town and the fireplace is superb in winter! Would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Port Lincoln for a few days or a full week!
The property is next door to the owner on a suburban block, but you wouldn't know. It is wonderfully secluded, with private gardens that include a verandah, where we spent a lot of time sitting in the morning sun and reading, as well as a fire pit.The property is centrally located, close to all shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time exploring the region, which is spectacular.
Everything was perfect from the chocolates on the bed on entry, to ground coffee in the cupboards. Highly recommended and we will be definitely staying again 😊

Hi Lydia, we are very happy you enjoyed your stay at our cottage. We look forward to hosting you again. Damien & Uta
Delightful cottage that is impeccably presented, well equipped & very comfortable. Peaceful & quiet with a beautiful courtyard garden & outdoor seating that captures morning & afternoon sun. Conveniently located a short distance from shopping, cafes/restaurants & amenities.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was very responsive. We found a couple of books for reading and the kitchen was well appointed and the garden is well kept.
Well designed comfortable cottage in central but quiet location
Very well designed in the use of space. All high quality amenities, incl. very comfortable bed and great bath. Nice garden space with fire pit. Cosy inside with fire place. Close to everything in PL. I highly recommend it for couples.
A hermit could be very happy in this hermitage cottage. Cosy cottage has everything you need, well appointed, quality furnishings and homewares. Great little kitchen and laundry facilities, surrounded by a lovely garden, all in a very small footprint. Enough room for two hermits, so long as you’re on very good terms.
From the moment we arrived, we knew that our stay at Hermitage Cottage was going to be the holiday experience we had hoped for. Accessing the cottage was a simple process via a key code. The beautiful gardens were a delight & we spent many an hour relaxing in them & having a BBQ on the Webber provided. The Cottage was very comfortable, clean, cosy & exceptionally stocked with everything & more that was needed for a stress free, chill out holiday. The location of the Cottage is easy to find, with lovely views & a short distance from the beautiful foreshore with all the amenities needed to make for a delightful holiday. Communication with Uta is informative, helpful & friendly. We would like to thank Uta & Damien, for providing us a wonderful holiday experience, one we won't forget & we would love to repeat the experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this freshly renovated property. Well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Port Lincoln and located just a short walk into town. Owners were very good hosts and the log burner made the cottage very cosy for staying in the cooler weather.

Compact and well designed cottage
We stayed here for three days. The inside of this cottage was well designed and interior based on green, gray and orange was stylish. It would be nice to visit here in winter as there was a fire place, too. It was a perfect size for us and we enjoyed a relaxing time there. It also convenient to go to the town centre. My husband and I went to a restaurant near the beach in the evening on foot and it was a comfortable walk. I wish I could stay two or three days more. The owner was a very friendly and kind couple. I thank them for giving local information.
