This beautiful log home is situated just two blocks from the quiet end of the beach in south Manzanita and across the street from Nehalem Bay State Park, a four-mile sand spit with forested trails. You’ll enjoy fantastic natural views, abundant wildlife, and opportunities to kayak, fish, and crab right out your door. Charming, bright, and cheerful, Sitka by the Sea has golden floors and a river-rock electric fireplace in the living room. Plush furniture and wall-mounted TV provide a cozy place for evening relaxation. A dining room adjoins the fully-equipped kitchen, with a window over the sink to let the cook keep an eye on kids in the play structure in the backyard. The backyard is perfect for a family gathering with a new BBQ, and relaxing gazebo. Good for a group

We stayed with friends and our kids. The space was good for a group with a separate area for the loud teens :) We had planned on grilling but the propane tank was empty :( That is an amenity that should probably be double checked as it through a real wrench into our first night. Good game room, close to town and beach. Overall, a nice place to stay.
