This was a lovely place to stay, close to the beach (1 block away), close to a few restaurants (walking distance), and the host always responded when checking on a few things. Convenient to lighthouses, mini golf, the Wright Museum, and downtown Manteo. All in all we had beautiful weather, and a perfect vacation!

The location was great! Air condition broke during our visit, but someone came out pretty quickly to fix. We didn’t have the correct number of towels at check in and it took us a while to get in touch with the host and for them to deliver.

We loved just how close to the beach we were! The whole process couldn’t have been better. The place has been recently updated, it was clean, it was close to restaurants and the neighbors were great. We didn’t try the pool, so no comment there. Everyone picked up after their dog which was great. I would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time and the location/condo met our needs. However, and this wasn’t the problem with the owners, but rather with Village Realty- the condo was not clean. While we could tell that Village Realty has come in and left fresh trash bags, toiletries, etc, the bathrooms were all dirty with leftover soap scum and hairs throughout and the kitchen counters had crumbs and a dirty hand towel, pot holders, etc caked with leftover food. I didn’t contact Village Realty because in all honestly, we just wanted to unpack and deal with our dog and enjoy the four days without ppl in there. We’d definitely return again with the assurance this time that the rental will be clean upon arrival the next time. Again, the issue is with Village Realty, not the owners of the rental.

The location was the best. Walk across the lstreet to the beach or walk to the Black Pelican restaurant, which has amazing food OR walk to Two Roads Tavern, which also has food and TVs galore to watch sports. The condo was great! Beware, if you have mobility issues, this area maybe isn't for you as the style of houses are all built up so steps are a necessity. This was the most well stocked kitchen I have seen in a rental. Nice cookware and plenty of it. The fridge and freezer were spacious and the freezer made two sizes of ice which I thoroughly enjoyed. They supplied both a nice Keurig single cup brewer as well as a traditional 12 cup coffee maker. The only thing is they supply one kitchen towel and a new sponge. They do supply a roll of paper towels. The condo is as pictured. Very nice. The top deck was so nice to sit and watch the waves.
