- 1 fully equipped American kitchen: electric oven, microwave oven, hob, extractor hood, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer
- 3 bedrooms upstairs:

Très jolie propriété très bien entretenue par ailleurs.Propriétaires fort agréables qui ont à cœur votre bien être.Le temps était capricieux mais même comme cela nous avons pu bénéficier de la piscine chauffée, les enfants ont adoré ainsi que les parents :)

Amazing location with best hosts!

The house is even more beautiful than in the description, a real gem, especially in combination with the great hosts. They are completely gracious, unobtrusive, warm and extremely helpful if you have any questions. Available for a chat if you like, if not. Simply sensational! The accommodation is in an extremely quiet location, Loches is only 10 minutes away and has all the shopping facilities. We spent three wonderful weeks here and can only recommend the accommodation with Alain and Marie-Christine to anyone.

A perfect Holiday

The accommodation provided was excellent , I should say perfect . The cottage/Gite had a beautiful view over a valley, all facilities were provided , pool heated to 28 C plus, many chairs . sun loungers were available. Pool was for our exclusive use with separate pool room and shower. Within 40 minutes of the Loire valley and the famous Chateaus Thankyou for a great stay . I would recommend and stay again

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet établissement et cela devrait vous dire tout ce que vous devez savoir. L'emplacement est fantastique, avec de belles vues. La piscine est vraiment belle et idéale pour les enfants, et la maison a tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous reviendrons!

Bonjour , super endroit très calme avec une belle vue sur la campagne. Une belle piscine bien entretenue. Un superbe accueil par des personnes charmentes et gentilles Un gîte bien situé par rapport aux visites. Des vacances idéales pour une famille.

Une parenthèse hors du temps

Mon séjour avec mes enfants au "Petit Cormier" a été une parenthèse hors du temps. Pas tout à fait "luxe, calme et volupté" mais un paysage à couper le souffle que nous avons admiré matins et soirs. Nous avons été émerveillé en apercevant, le soir venu, des chevreuils et lièvres mais aussi un renard ! Nous avons pu profiter presque tous les jours de la piscine qui est fort appréciable de retour de nos diverses visites. Le gîte est idéalement situé pour (re)découvrir les châteaux de la Loire et autres richesses de la région. Merci à Alain et Marie-Christine pour leur accueil et leurs bons conseils.

Beau séjour dans ce joli gîte de charme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Alain. La maison est bien équipée, le grand jardin très agréable avec sa piscine et une mention ++ pour la vue sur la campagne. De quoi déconnecter! Nous avons visité les alentours qui nous ont beaucoup plu : Loches et son marché, Montrésor, Chédigny, Beaulieu les Loches (et sa sympathique guinguette)… Je recommande vivement! Merci à Alain et sa femme pour leur accueil et conseils tout au long de notre séjour.

Idyllic gite

We had a perfect week at Alain’s with our 2 young children. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. Alain was a wonderful host, and organised a cot for our toddler and was very helpful and friendly. The location and garden were stunning. The best part for us was the amazing swimming pool. Lots of good things to do for families in the area, and it was a fairly easy drive from Calais. I hope we will be again soon, thank you so much for having us.

Grand we familial en Touraine

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille en Touraine dans la jolie maison de Mr et Mme Dupré. La vue sur la campagne est magnifique. Nos hotes tres disponibles, nous ont fait profiter de la piscine chauffée. Nous avons bien apprécié la qualite de la literie et le calme, du coup nous avons super bien dormi.

Beautiful gite with breath-taking views

The property was tastefully decorated, fully equipped with all the amenities you might need and in great condition. The uninterrupted views from the gite was just stunning - very peaceful place to relax and recharge. The heated and large swimming pool was a great bonus and kept everyone entertained everyday even after a long day trip! Great location to visit this beautiful part of France, Our hosts were very welcoming and always available if we needed anything or for recommendations. Overall, absolutely wonderful !

Fantastique séjour

Un qualificatif pour tout résumer : irréprochable. Un logement parfaitement situé , équipé et entretenu. Une piscine de toute beauté avec douche et WC séparés. Et bien sûr M. Dupré très attentionné et de bon conseil. Nous n'avions pas envie de repartir. Merci pour tout !

Week end de Pâques charmant et reposant

Week end en famille que nous avons tous les 4 appréciés. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils sur les activités que nous avons pu effectuer et les restaurants que nous avons pu découvrir. Le gîte est au calme, bien équipé et très bien entretenu. Nous retournerons volontiers faire un séjour dans ce gîte.

Séjour au top !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans ce gîte idéalement situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. Nos hôtes étaient aux petits soins pour nous rendre le séjour des plus plaisants. Le gîte est très agréable avec un jardin et une piscine chauffée qui surplombent la campagne alentour. Nos hôtes nous ont recommandé de bons restaurants à proximité qui ont ravi nos papilles. Un séjour qui remplit ses promesses!

Un séjour paisible au milieu de la nature

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ! La maison est parfaitement équipée, propre et chaleureuse. Les propriétaires sont en plus très accueillants et sympathiques, ce qui est très agréable pour les échanges. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sur la campagne et le calme, ainsi que la proximité d'un nombre importants de lieux touristiques. En effet, la pluie s'est invitée pendant notre semaine, mais nous avons profité d'activités appréciées par les enfants: zoo de beauval, futuroscope, musée de la préhistoire, cinéma à Tours, cité royale de Loches, Chenonceaux... Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Tres bon accueil site et location superbe

Très confortable et très bien équipée cette location est située sur un site remarquable, vue panoramique sur les environs, grande piscine très agréable avec tout le confort (transats, fauteuils, et autre accessoires à disposition). Bien situé géographiquement pour la visite des châteaux bien connus mais aussi pour les nombreux villages de charme environnants et bien entendu la ville proche de Loches chargée d’histoire.
