There was no loud noise, stomping nor kids running around coming from the people upstairs. Am sure you missed the instructions before booking and thank you for stay at my place.

I sent you instructions on how to on the heated plumb (slipt Airconditioner); put it in hot but you did not on it plus it is still summer. you did not read it nor you did not follow the house rules. I was very responsive to all your msgs including your request to check out late and check out time says 11am another guest need to sign in and the place need to be ready for them too. Thank you for stay with us.

You did not respond to my messages and you never ask me any questions. Details of the address are always sent to you after booking is confirmed. I also send you instructions details through message which you did not reply nor respond to it. Am always open to help guests and sorry for staying in an hotel.
