With soaring 4m ceilings, this interior-designed, magazine-featured apartment features an exceptionally comfortable super-king bed, a spacious marble-clad bathroom with double sinks, a large bath, a separate rain shower, and a separate guest toilet. Fully equipped kitchen & laundry. Just seconds to Britomart's finest restaurants and amenities.

The Space:
Please note the car park is not onsite - it is a free car park in another secure car park building across the road.

Located on an upper floor of a heritage 1926 building, this 82 square meter luxury apartment oozes sophistication, boasts a contemporary art collection, and has been featured in numerous magazines.

Facing a quiet, leafy city cul de sac yet seconds from Britomart's glittering attractions this apartment offers refined comfort and sophistication.

The kitchen is well appointed with high-end appliances – including a barista-worthy Breville coffee machine – with all the tools you need to prepare your favourite meal or even try a new recipe.

Luxurious silk velvet sofas are the perfect place to read a book or catch an afternoon nap; a six-person dining table is an ample space to work, dine or relax.

West facing, the apartment is bathed in afternoon light and easily shut off using the blinds. The building's thick walls provide extra insulation from both heat and cold. The bedroom has been sound-insulated with double-layer windows; a ceiling fan provides cooling in summer, and dual wall heaters and underfloor heating in the bathroom provide warmth in winter.

The super-king bed features soft linen and a Sealy imperial mattress for supreme comfort. The side tables feature elegant reading lamps that also feature wireless iPhone charging. A closet features large drawers and generous hanging space. A large smart Samsung TV on the bedroom wall is perfect for catching up on your favourite Netflix series. A set of sliding doors closes off the bedroom from the living and dining room.

There is a laundry cupboard with a washing machine, dryer, and other cleaning products for your convenience during your stay.

Britomart’s best restaurants (Amano, Alma, Kingi, Café Hanoi, Mr Morris, and others ) are a short stroll away, including the train station connecting you to all of Auckland. Commercial Bay and the Ferry Building to reach outlying islands is a 5 minute walk. A large Countdown Supermarket is across the road and a well stocked wine shop is just downstairs.

The CBD’s best gym – Les Mills Britomart – is across the road, as is our exclusive covered car parking adding extra convenience to your stay.

Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy including an allocated carpark.
The car park is not onsite but across the road at another building.

The Neighborhood:
Britomart is a prime location for exploring the city with highlights and conveniences all within walking distance! Takutai square is across the road offering exquisite cafes and dining options, beautiful boutique shopping and other amenities like the supermarket, a gym, hair salon and more! You can also find the ferry terminal in Britomart with incredible island escapes on offer - take a day trip to Waiheke for wine tasting and a swim!
Spark Arena is just a short (flat) stroll down the road where you can enjoy basketball, concerts, gigs and theatre shows.

Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around. with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 5-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

In the summer months, windows open to provide good cross ventilation, but please note: although the apartment is on a quiet cul de sac, it is in the CBD, and with that can come usual city noises of sirens and occasional raucous behavior on city streets but this is seldom.

Infants:
Cots and high chairs are available to guests on request.

Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys  not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.

Interaction with Guests:
We are not onsite but are available if you need us via airbnb message or call for emergencies.
