I had an awful experience at this place. It wasn't just one thing it was several. Let me start off by saying my son's girlfriend and child come with him and that was a last minute decision. The guy WATCHING the property come to me and threatened to kick us out, on Labor Day weekend if I didn't pay $150 extra. Then he asked about the dirt on the porch that was there because we were in the process of unloading suitcases and children were playing around the porch. The property is overall nice of you don't mind a camera pointing towards the master bedroom sliding door and shower area..clear shot. Said no smoking allowed on the property, which I expected to be able to smoke on the porch or in the back yard where the chairs are. We had a note that said to wash our towels and wash clothes and strip the beds, that's a new one for me. So started off really bad then that night every time we walked out to the car or just on the porch the "neighbor that takes care of the property would walk out.. EVERYTIME-CREEPY AND HONESTLY I WAS SCARED. ONE OF THE BEDROOMS SHEETS HAD SAND ON IT SO IT CLEARLY HADNT BEEN CLEANED. I seen four roaches in the kitchen and living room area and when I walk in a home I take off my shoes. When I walked in this place, not just one room, every room had dirty floor like sand or dirt. Disgusted honestly don't know if I will use this site again. Awful, scary experience. We couldn't wait to get out of there and literally stayed off the property except to eat & sleep
