The lack of air conditioning and fans did not keep it cool enough to get a good nights sleep. With door open to let fresh air circulate the outside street noise, crashing waves was too noisy, so not really an option. The toaster over was dated and made it hard to cook Toast bake anything and we did not have a toaster to help accommodate making breakfast. Had no oven. It was clean, adequately stocked with dishes and supplies( towels, soap, garbage bags, )etc. Appreciated the pool noodles , boogy surf board and beach lawn chairs.

Nicely updated, well equipped, even good binos for checking out the bay. Good quality beach chairs and umbrella but...crappie boogie boards, for 60 pound kids. Down town leaf blowers start at 6 am.
