Peaceful retreat

We stayed here for 3 weeks in the lead up to Ironman WC, what a spot! Loved the apartment it had everything we needed, was lovely and clean, peaceful and the pool area was awesome. I didn’t want to leave! John was easy to communicate with and the check in was very easy. It has been 6 years since we visited last and we loved every minute of the trip. Won’t be waiting 6 years to visit again!

Great property!

This is the 4th time my husband and I have stayed at Alli Villas, but the first time in John and Carol’s condo. It was definitely our favorite of the 4 - great location with a beautiful ocean view from the lanai, very clean and well stocked, nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable! John was responsive in his communications and was very helpful when we arrived early. We hope to be back soon!

Fabulous location.

Epic views of sunsets and whales from our lanai. Wonderful host. Very well equipped home with great amenities. Nothing I could imagine was missing. It was a comfy bed and a great pool. Copious towels and a great stocked kitchen. Truly remarkable.

The host John could not have been better! The condo is equipped with everything anyone could possibly need. The view, pool, area quiet, so great. Only negative is that the decor and furniture is tired and could really use some upgrades. Great value nevertheless and worth the stay.

Our stay in Kona

Very nice compound with very well taken care of grounds. Units are so tightly grouped with windows facing the lanais, you could hear everything going on in the other units. Great location and beautiful sunsets from the lanai

We Lived in Alaska for over 50 years and recently sold our Business. This gave us the Opportunity to purchase our Kona Villa Condo. We have traveled the World and always came back to Kona as our favorite place to spend some down time. This our 2nd Kona Condo. We wanted a Ocean Front Complex and found this Wonderful Villa

Why they chose this property

Our Kona Villa is Ocean Front Complex with a Great View from our Large Lanai. We have a Table for eating + 2 other chairs with pull out foot rests. Our Condo is just across from the Solar Heated Pool & Bar-B-Q area. You can stay as busy or just hang out. We supply 2 beach chairs, Ice Box 2 Noddle's and 2 Beach Matts as well as Beach Towels. There are 2 Farmer Markets close to us. Lots of things to do down-town just 1 1/2 mile a weigh. Shopping, Great Dinning & just Fun. The Manta Diving is Specular, World Renown!

In our Condo there is a Washer-Dryer. Fully Remolded 2022. Wonderful Art Work and fantastic Furniture. The couch pulls out to a very comfortable Queen Bed. Ocean Views. Just across from the solar heated pool and Bar B Q area. Quiet surroundings. Beautiful Grounds, and Well Kept. E Z Parking close to our Kona Villa Condo.
