The Old Covent has been lovingly converted into a fantastic place to stay. Every comfort has been thought of, and by allowing a pet ment that my young daughter could have her beloved corgi with us.
wonderful weekend shared in cold wintery weekend. Just what we needed. The Convent is beautifully decorated and so comfortable.Really enjoyed the fireplace and heaters in. the rooms . Electric blankets also marvellous. Breakfast provided was very much appreciated by all.Our family could relax and enjoy each other's company and the Convent made it special.
Thank you.
Some girlfriends and I stayed for a few nights in May - was wonderful. Large beautiful bedrooms, 3 comfy lounges, large dining room table, open fireplace, plenty of parking. Felt like we were in a House and Garden magazine. Cafe opposite for morning coffee's, Mayfield Gardens just a short drive. We have come home very relaxed and feeling spoit.
The Convent is a gorgeous, charming, spacious home that has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and enjoyment. It has everything you may need. It’s so lovely that we all really looked forward to coming back to the house at the end of each days outing! The fireplace in the living area and the fire pit outside were a special attraction for both the adults and the kids. The location is the icing on the cake. Rural yet 20mins from Bathurst and close to other places we wanted to visit such as Jenolan Caves and Mayfield Garden. The coffee shop across the road and the pub about 250m away we’re also very convenient aspects to this property. A very enjoyable and memorable getaway for all of us.
This property is fabulous in every way.
The furnishings are very well appointed and apt for the Convent .The beds are so comfy and bedlinen very smart. Great dining table indoors , outdoor seating on the verandah and a garden setting as well. Beautiful garden and a stroll through the adjoining gravesite gives one a sense of the history of the area. The pub is a quick walk down the road .
Perfect . We will be back. Thank you Stephanie and Peter
