This place is fantastic. Very well thought out, very nice hosts, love the laneway access and privacy. Stayed here with pets and it was so much better than a hotel. I have been staying in Saskatoon for several months in hotels and other spaces and this is by far the best value for the cost. 5/5!
The place is brand new and still had that show home smell. The location is beautiful with character homes and big elm trees. I loved that there was a coffee shop around the corner.

Thank you so much to these hosts for preparing such a perfect place for us to stay. We were in Saskatoon to visit family and had our dogs with us. The laneway house is beautifully laid out and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. It was great to have a coffee shop a block away. And easy access to the walking trails along the river. We will definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Brand new accommodations with everything my family needed for a few days in the city. Kitchen is very well stocked, the neighborhood is beautiful. Loved the trees! Would definitely rebook next time we are in the city!

We had a wonderful weekend in Saskatoon. This property is in a beautiful location and within walking distance to so many amenities.
The place itself has been beautifully done and is immaculately clean and tidy. It is very well stocked and had everything we needed for a great weekend. I will definitely stay again when I am back in the Saskatoon area.

Super clean and comfortable, many modern touches for efficiency and style. Roomy bedroom closets with stainless steel rods and sliding baskets. Hooks and shelves in many places for coats, hats and handbags, all stylishly done. In-floor heated bathroom. Loved the two long upper horizontal windows looking out on the trees. Lovely older yet fashionable neighborhood with big trees. Coffee shop less than a block away. Parks and green spaces for walking (very dog friendly), including along the river. Saw pelicans at the weir! Great coffee table books highlighting the city and province. Would definitely stay here again.
The home is spectacular. It is as shown in the pictures. It is very quiet, comfortable and very well outfitted. It is in a great neighbourhood for walking our dog; with great coffee shops, restaurants and parks near by. Our only regret is we didn't book in for a longer stay.

We so enjoyed our time here over Christmas. It was really a home from home. It is very well appointed and supplied and easy to find everything.
The host is very responsive (even with the busy holiday period) and the neighbourhood is great for walks by the river, downtown and the coffee shop steps away.
Parking is appreciated - but the bus from the airport stops in the next street too so transit is easy.
No hesitation in recommending this property.
This was our second stay at this location and it is perfect for us. It is in a beautiful location, close to downtown and the river pathways which make it an ideal location as we typically travel with our two small dogs.
The unit is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has all the amenities we need for a very comfortable stay. Our host was very easy to work with and made sure we had all the information we needed prior to our arrival. She went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
We will be back to Saskatoon in the future and will definitely book again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
We were very excited for this stay, as the reviews and pictures seemed great. The property itself is fairly new, but upon check-in, was incredibly dirty. The shower drain had hair in it, the toilet upstairs looked as if someone had an upset stomach and then didn't clean it. Sheets for one bed had makeup stains, the other bed had hair all over it, including body hair. The hosts are now claiming it’s a small amount of pet hair. We checked in late, and saw the bathroom first. We contacted the host and asked her if someone could be sent the following morning, or if she could tell us where the cleaner was. She did not respond, but very loudly knocked on the door a few times at 10pm and did not respond when asked who it was. She let herself in, and did not introduce herself before asking to be led to the dirty bathroom. The property seemed like it was tidied up by the previous guests and then not touched before we entered. We checked out the next morning because it was unhygienic and the host's behaviour was inappropriate. Would recommend staying far away from this booking, and just sticking with another booking site, since this listing doesn't seem adequately screened.
