Summary:
The unique place offers a fantastic escape for families and professionals alike with a beautiful living zone, spacious bedrooms, and luxurious finishes. It’s ideally positioned close to public transport, buses and tram, shops, cafes, and the beach. And of course the main motorways and the airport, which is 23 minutes away. Melbourne CBD is close by and the Crown Casino can even be walked in 30 minutes.

The Space:
Step through the front door and be welcomed in by a gorgeous staircase and the generous sized lounge room with TV and all the entertainment features you’d expect, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney Plus. Included is an air-printer for your convenience and fast 100 mbs internet.

An abundance of windows allow gentle breezes to flow through while the air conditioning ensures your comfort all year round.

Head through to the fully equipped kitchen including a Nespresso barista-style coffee machine and Miele dishwasher and generous dining area. Light filled and comfortable with plenty of seating for the whole family. Bi-fold doors open up to the private rear courtyard bringing the outside in beautifully. Entertaining friends and family is easy with the open plan design and fabulous layout including an electric awning and Weber bbq.

Upstairs there are three large bedrooms with ceiling fans and two exquisite marble-like bathrooms that will make you feel as though you are in a day spa, complete with heated floors and Japanese Toto smart toilets. Situated away from the other bedrooms, the master suite.

This is a true parent’s haven, complete with private en-suite bath room, king-sized bed, and a generous robe and air conditioning. The entire upstairs has double glazed windows for good heat and noise insulation.

For your convenience, there is a laundry with a Bosch washing machine located on the ground level so you can be fully self-sufficient during your stay. The laundry also has a shower, Toto toilet and heated floor.

Your family’s safety is of paramount importance to us and there are fully compliant fire alarms, electrics and gas appliances, all of which are inspected annually, together with a fire blanket, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide alarm.

The home also comes with 1 parking permit plus one off street parking space for a small vehicle.

The Neighborhood:
Positioned in a central location, the home is very close to restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes, while the city is easily accessible by public transport. Bay Street and Graham Street are just around the corner along with the Lagoon Reserve.

The divine Port Melbourne Beach is only 700m or a few minutes’ walk away. Take the kids down to make sandcastles and see the Spirit of Tasmania docked at the cruise ship terminal. Go for a relaxing stroll along the white sand then pick up a coffee on the way home from any of the numerous cafes nearby.

Other Things to Note:
- For everyone will be staying, image of the photo ID is required.

- If you wish to use the garage parking, you may have to move the exterior table in the courtyard to one side.

- This listing is within a very quiet community that has responsible strata and neighbours. They welcome respectful short stay guests but can be attentive if you fail to maintain peace and quietness of this community. Pls be mindful not to be noisy to avoid any disturbance during your stay.

Beautiful Port Melbourne townhouse
We enjoyed two weeks in Port Melbourne. Tram system was close by allowing us to connect with several tour companies and enjoy the city of Melbourne. Our accommodation was very comfortable for three people. The kitchen was great, and had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. There was plenty of room to spread out. There were lots of restaurants and shopping nearby in Port Melbourne. The townhouse was a great place to stay, and we will be back!
