Our flat back yard is perfect for bocce ball, corn hole or sun bathing. If you get too hot, walk right into the ocean to cool off!
Many walking, hiking and bike trails minutes from the house and our ocean side fire pit is a perfect place to end an adventurous day.
Enjoy the three bedrooms and three and a half baths as well as our fully stocked kitchen with its over-sized island!
Five minute walk to April Point Resort and five minute drive to groceries and amenities.
