This is an F2 apartment consists of a living room, open kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom, a sofa bed located in the living room all arranged on 75 mq. In addition, a terrace of 15 mq with garden is surrounded by lemon and apricot trees.

Completed in 2010, with top-class supplies, the accommodation has satellite TV, washing machine, kitchen furniture, and all the comforts needed for a relaxing holiday. The warm welcome of the owners and the discreet and confidential environment make it an ideal place for a family holiday.

The atmosphere is calm and discreet, ideal for relaxing. The beach is nearby, there is no need for a car to get there. Collective parking is available elsewhere, in a quiet street next to the villa, without passing cars.

Located in the heart of the small village of Lu Bagnu, the apartment is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, as well as sandy beaches, all within a 5 minute walk. Located a few kilometers from the medieval town of Castelsardo, renowned for its ancient and typical traditions welcome in a timeless ambience.

Ideal for visiting the northern part of Sardinia, either by car or with local tourist services.
