This family cottage is situated directly on Lake Memphremagog and boasts a private beach. This is our family retreat space - peaceful, restorative, and free from the distractions of daily life. Enjoy lake-views from the house and deck, and walk down the steps to your own completely private pebble beach. In Estrie, 5 min from Mount Owl’s Head. 25 minutes form Magog and Eastman. Private doc. Excellent lake swimming. Kayak + canoe available for use.

- Mezzanine with two single beds (can be pushed together to form king)
- Open concept kitchen/living room.
- Large dining table - suitable for use as a work space.
- Full bathroom.
- Rare private beach and lovely swimming from June through October.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The house is situated on a bluff. Beach access is via a staircase. Young children require supervision.
- This space is intended for restorative quality time amongst family/friends and is not suitable for parties.
- Located on a small private road with long-time residents.
- Perfect for personal yoga retreats and remote working.
