This place requires professional cleaners on a regular basis. If it wasn't so filthy would be an excellent place to stay. Bathroom was disgusting, was not cleaned prior to our stay, stove not clean, oven was worst, food and old spills everywhere. Mattress stained and needs replacement. Rug in living room area full of food crumbs. No parking was available, not allowed to park on driveway. There was no street parking for over a block.

Quiet and clean

The rental is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the bus route. 15 minute walk to walmart and various places to eat. The rental was very clean and welcoming. The host was quick to respond when contacted.

Owner mentioned 1 gig internet but what i got was 32 mbps. I was in Edmonton for work and i needed internet. I had to stay more at office then in the house due to lack of internet.
