Historic 25th Street Loft

Loft completed in April of 2016. Building built as a hotel in 1910. A 4.5 year renovation undertaken by family of designers. Perfect location for nightlife, dining, art galleries, etc... 25 minutes to skiing at Snowbasin.

Historic 25th Street was one of the most lawless streets in the country at one time. Brothels, opium dens and speak-easy's occupied most of the buildings. Even Al Capone was noted as saying notorious Two-Bit Street was too wild for him. Now H25 boasts scores of independent restaurants, bars, art galleries, etc... And all just 25 minutes from some of the best skiing imaginable.

Just two blocks from the FrontRunner Station that connects to Salt Lake and the SLC Airport. Very walkable downtown.

This is a historic building that lacks an elevator. There is a bar/nightclub next door to the hotel. It only operates 3 nights week (Thursday-Saturday). It is possible to hear musicians on their rooftop level (they only do rooftop shows during summer months).

Great property in a vibrant area of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Unit is well furnished and clean. Everything you need to cook, do laundry, etc. No issues during stay. Host is top notch at communicating, and was able to quickly assist with the parking situation status due to emergency road repair and parking lot annual maintenance. (No impact if this review is over a week old )This host and his units are in my favorite list for my next Ogden trip.

Clean, convenient and modern

The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. Location and convenience was great. It was clean- had all the tools and a great shower. The only downside was the the noise factor from the rooftop club connected to the loft. 2 of our 3 night stay, there was an extremely loud rooftop party going on until 2:00 one morning and 1:00 AM the other with people leaving and in the parking lot til even later. Then Friday morn, garbage truck outside our window 6 am. We did not get good sleep on this trip. Apparently the rooftops are a Thursday night regular event in the summer- we unfortunatel did not catch that in the description. So- as far as the unit inside - wonderful and Jared was very attentive and reachable.

Great place in the middle of the action!

This was a very nice modern loft with lots of space for a family. I loved the look and the convenience of all the eating places right outside your door. With that being said, the weekend party scene is pumping with a rooftop bar next door and late night action from the guests staying below us. Sound travels well between the walls so be cautious. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this place is perfect! If you want a nice quiet weekend getaway, maybe not so much. Also, if you’re not in shape, don’t bring a lot of heavy luggage as we were on the third floor with no elevator. Overall, we did love the place and Jared was very accommodating. I would stay here again!
