Excellente location

Appartement bien équipé et spacieux. Nous étions huit, sans avoir jamais l'impression de manquer de place. La résidence est silencieuse et très bien située, à quelques minutes de la plage et à proximité de tout commerce essentiel. L'hôtesse est réactive et arrangeante. Nous ne pouvons que recommander.

L’appartement nous a permis d’etre tres à l’aise à 4, surtout en cette periode de couvre feu. Il est idealement positionné pour visiter arcachon et les alentours et la place de parking est un vrai plus. Tres bonne communication avec l’hote.

résidence spacieuse, très bien située tous les déplacements se font à pieds. Pas de bruits et appartement frais. Seul bémol le manque de vaisselle pour 5 personnes, le lave vaisselle doit tourner à moitié de sa capacité tous les jours.

Appartement très agréable. Juste le faitout et poêle à changer car très usages. Et le frigo. Difficile à régler La télé. Impossible de la mettre en marche bon ce n est pas très grave mais pour les prochains. Mettre un mode opératoire qui fonctionne Proprietaire charmante.

Excellente semaine à arcachon

La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et arrangeante. L'appartement très bien situé, calme, agréable, ben agencé et conforme au descriptif. Un petit bémol sur l'équipement de la cuisine, peu de vaisselle à disposition. Un service à fruits de mers serait le bienvenu au bord de la mer.

L'appartement par lui même est très bien situé et dans un très bon état. Cependant nous avons dû écourter notre séjour à cause de la literie quasiment entièrement "EN PLUME"d'il y a une quinzaine d'années. De nos jours, c'est intolérable car beaucoup de gens sont allergiques !!!

Schöne Wohnung in einer gute Lage!

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war die Wohnung sehr schön. Die Pfannen und Töpfe müssen unbedingt erneuert werden. Sowie der Wäscheständer ist auch nicht mehr nutzbar. Die Toilette war hinten am Abfluss undicht. Denke aber das diese Sachen abgestellt werden. Wie gesagt sonst eine schöne Wohnung mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf Arcachon.

Sur Arcachon pour un week-end, nous avons choisi cet appartement car nous sommes 7. Très spacieux, lumineux et agréable. Cet appartement est très bien placé et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour dans cet appartement très agréable et spacieux. Les pieces sont tres bien réparties. Nous sommes parties avec nos parents et nos filles. Sa localisation est ideale: tout en etant au calme, il est proche des commerces, de la gare et de la plage. Nous le recommandons vivement et n’hesiterons pas a revenir. Enfin, M. Brottier, la propriétaire, est très sympathique et à l’ecoute des locataires.

Nous avons passé un we à 5 adultes dans ce bel appartement de centre ville, très calme, à quelques minutes du centre-ville. L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé et élégamment décoré - Brigitte la propriétaire a été de bon conseil et très conciliante pour la remise des clefs. Un plus non négligeable ! Je recommande son appartement sans hésitations.

que du bonheur

l idéal pour passer un séjour tranquille avec toutes les commodités à notre porte. la plage est très propre et la place ne manque pas. l appartement est frais ce qui permet de bien se reposer et très calme. beaucoup d espace et de de luminosité avec les grandes baies vitrées je recommande vivement cette location qui est bien gérée par la proprietaire.
