At the foot of the Moorish Park, 200 m from the city center of Arcachon (avenue Gambetta), 400 m from the train station (TGV from Paris) and bus (free shuttle) and 600 m from the beach and the pier Thiers ( pier to Bird Island and Lege - Cap Ferret, children's games and Mickey Club) beautiful apartment type 3/4 of 90 m2 for 8 people maximum, very bright with open views, fully renovated, located on the 2nd floor (elevator) a residence with trees and flowers with caretaker.
Apartment has WIFI.
Apartment suitable for people with reduced mobility and parents with strollers because direct lift with parking.
Numbered outdoor parking space at the bottom of the building accessible to cars with a roof box. You park your car at the beginning of the stay and you recover it at the end of the stay. secure to rent on arrival.
Option cleaning at the end of stay at 60 €.
Possibility to rent linen at 15 € per person.
