In Arcachon, in a new, calm and secure residence, facing the Port, away from the tourist bustle of the city center, the Aiguillon district is lively, residential and family-friendly. Close to shops, restaurants, cycle paths, Baïa bus, beaches ... Beautiful apartment T3 of 68 m2 on the 1st floor with elevator and closed garage of 30 m2 in the basement.
The apartment has a large living room-dining room of 30 m², a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven + microwave (2 in 1) Tassimo coffee machine, toaster ...), 2 bedrooms with a 140x200 double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet.

The 10 m² terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 6 people, 1 deckchair.

The apartment has a closed garage in the basement for a car of 30 m2.

The linen is provided: bed linen, towels, including bath mats and kitchen towels.

Super location à Arcachon

Bel appartement, très bien équipé. La localisation est très bien : à moins de 5 min à pied se trouvent de bons commerces de bouche (boulangerie, poissonnerie, petit supermarché, boucherie). Le quartier est très calme et agréable. Les hôtes sont arraceants et sympathiques. Rien à redure !

Très beau logement tout confort, l’emplacement est parfait, à la fois proche de tout et au calme. Vous ne serez pas déçu. Le garage est pratique pour stocker votre voiture et des vélos qui seront un plus pour votre séjour ( pistes cyclables au pied de l’immeuble) .

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et l’appartement au top. Très bien situé car proche du port et des commerces il permet de laisser la voiture au garage. Le plus pour nos jeunes adultes la proximité du loueur de jets ski et de bateaux 😜

Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui nous ont par ailleurs donner des prospectus sur Arcachon et ses activités. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos. Très propre et disposant de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Des couteaux de cuisine supplémentaires seraient appréciés. La literie est confortable. Tous les commerces de nécessité sont accessibles à pied. La piste cyclable à 100 m permet d’atteindre la plage du centre ville en 10 mn à velo. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

Accueil à l'arrivée et au départ par les propriétaires très agréables et cordiaux. Résidence très calme et sécurisée. Autre point fort cet appartement possède un grand garage où l'on peut déposer des vélos si besoin. L'emplacement est top, tout proche de la plage de la pointe de l'Aiguillon et du port de plaisance. Il y a également une autre plage à 300m environ. Le centre ville d'Arcachon et la plage sont accessibles à pied. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo par pistes cyclables. Pour résumé nous avons passé un super séjour dans un appartement tout confort.

Location trés bien située à côté du port ,petit commerce à proximité donc un super restaurant ,une boulangerie et une poissonnerie exceptionnelle. Ĺa location est conforme à l annonce trés propre,bien équipée dans une résidence calme .Grande terrasse ,garage pouvant contenir véhicule et au minimum 4 vélos .
