STANDING APARTMENT T3 60 m2 DOWNTOWN / NEAR THE BEACH / SECURE PARKING

Renovated apartment, excellent condition, 60 m² for 4 people maximum, in a luxury residence with lift (apartment on the 1st floor), secure private parking space in the residence.

100 m from the train station, 5 mins walk from the hyper center. Beach and seafront at 400 m. Nearby, you will find all the amenities: very practical bus lines, Casino supermarket, Leclerc, restaurants, snacks, bakery/pastry shop, PMU, post office, scooter bike rental, etc.

Non-smoking apartment
Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine with drying rack, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster, 2 coffee makers, a classic and a Krups Dolce Gusto, kettle.
2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with a 160 cm bed, bedroom 2 with a 160 cm bed or 2 80 cm beds. Bathroom with shower and WC, hair dryer.
Equipment: TV in living room. No Wi-Fi access
Bed and bathroom linen are provided
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
On request, end of stay cleaning is possible. It will be charged 70 Euros, to be paid on the day of arrival.
Rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Departs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
A seasonal furnished rental contract will be signed by both parties.
Deposit by check (not cashed): €300 upon delivery of the keys, returned within 15 days.
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of entry into the rental.

If you're super concerned about safety don't reccomend because the key lock to the apartment is the same as the door into the actual building meaning anyone with access to the building has access to the apartment. Also the beds weren't the most comfortable

Les plus : - idéalement placé +++ - spacieux - propre - bonne communication, très réactif Les moins : - Qualité de la literie surtout pour la chambre du fond - Prix du linge de toilette et lit excessif +++ ; 10 euros par personnes et par pack, soit pour deux couples 80 euros. Très bel appartement récemment rénové et idéalement situé. Il y a vraiment tout à proximité, plage, commerces, transports en commun : Pas besoin de prendre la voiture même pour les déplacements les plus longs (Aqualand ou bien la Dune du Pyla par exemple). Accueil très sympathique, des propriétaires vraiment attentionnés qui donnent pleins de bons conseils et d'informations sur la ville d'Arcachon et ses alentours. Appartement situé du coté du casino d'Arcachon, proche des commerces et de la plage (<500m), au 1er étage, donnant sur une rue très passante mais présence de double vitrage, propre, avec de nombreux rangements, bien équipé, double jeux de clés très pratique.
