It was recently updated (Fall 2025) by an award winning designer with gorgeous hardwood flooring, tasteful artwork, fresh premium paint, comfortable furniture including a dining room table that seats 8 and a new air-conditioning system. The great room features a gas fireplace, large new sofa, reclining accent chairs, and a 75 inch Samsung Frame flat screen TV and is perfect for family meals prepared in the well equipped and spacious kitchen complete with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.
