Welcome to Home @ Holmes Beach A on Anna Maria Island! This tranquil, pet friendly villa is in an ideal location to enjoy a sunset stroll on Holmes Beach just minutes away! It's within walking distance of restaurants, fun shops and our unique island library. Step into the living room which offers plenty of space to relax after a long day in the sun and is equipped with a queen-size pull out sofa and yoga mats for a peaceful evening indoors. From there you make your way into the updated beautiful ocean blue tiled bathroom. Directly across from it is the bedroom with a queen size bed and a desk where guests can work remotely. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher is open and functions as both a dining and sitting room where you can watch TV while cooking. There is a private outside area where you can relax and enjoy your coffee or an evening cocktail while using the charcoal grill.
This unit is also equipped with Hi-speed WiFi and provides a shared stackable washer and dryer for use during your stay.

Dogs are welcomed with their own beds, dishes and toys. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.

Beachy

We really enjoyed our stay here in Holmes at Holmes Beach A. The location is great within walking distance to the beautiful beach, stores and restaurants. The private sitting space in the back yard is nicely landscaped. Good for 2 people, and pet friendly is nice! Furnishings are somewhat dated and could use a chair in the front room with the sofa. The washer and dryer was damaged before our arrival , and we were instructed to use the units on the other side, where other people are staying. Hopefully they will be replaced. The property managers were very helpful and responsive to our needs and requests. Also, Kevin , the maintenance person, was very helpful. We look forward to returning!

Comfortable convenient location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very comfortable and everything you need right there. We found the kitchen/sitting area very cozy. The yard was very relaxing and easy with a pet. The only thing we can recommend is an eating table for outside and to replace the washer and dryer.
