You can literally smell the ocean from this cute single level renovated home close to everything South Fremantle has to offer.
Walk west down the end of the street to the boats of Fremantle Harbour, or a swim, or a few houses east to South Terrace with its fabulous selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and boutiques.
The house is a solid brick and tile home with polished floorboards, high ceilings and stylishly appointed.
An undercover outdoor dining and living area opens to lush lawn.

Free CAT buses run along South Terrace a few houses away down the end of the street. These do a loop around Fremantle and South Fremantle including stops at the Fremantle Markets, Round House and Fremantle Train Station.

There is free street parking with no time limits out the front of the house.
