Guests will have access to street parking options (paid and unpaid) are also available nearby). Public transport is also highly accessible due to the prime location of this property. Please note that in order to travel via public transport, travellers are required to hold a Translink card.

Other Things to Note:
Safety: Please note this apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the complex with NO ELEVATOR, stairs are the only access to the unit.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved.
