The vacation rental is a quaint home that exudes charm with its deck overlooking blooming flower beds, and a private yard that offers an oasis of tranquility amidst the bustle of the town. We enjoyed a great week in this home. The layout is perfect for a group and the location is unmatched. A very easy walk to Wellfleet Harbor and Main St. yet tucked away in a quiet location. The property owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed two weeks, joined by our son and his GF. The house was well equipped, we really lacked nothing. There are nice seating areas in front and rear of the house, the grill was a nice, well-kept gas Weber. We also really liked the location...we had other family staying in Wellfleet and had the over sixty crowd for dinner one night..the dining room is great. We also loved the location; close to main street yet an easy walk to the harbor. The owner was very helpful and has obviously taken a lot of care in maintaining the house.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect rental for what we needed. Owner was accommodating and readily available for any questions and requests and was friendly. I don't think we used the full extent of the rental offering as there were only 3 of us, we didn't use the grill or all bedrooms and we were out and about most of the time. We didn't cook at all. Outdoor outlet was key for charging EV. We were happy being centrally located in town. Had to drive to beaches, but we're familiar with the area.
