Built in 2023, 3 bedroom cottage with Mid century modern design is sure to make you feel at home in the trees! Take the nature path to the private dock, spend the day at the community beach, or snowmobile and ice fish the winter away. Wifi included, air conditioning, heat, outdoor fire pit area, huge private deck and dock on the water (water is a 5-7min walk from cottage on a beautifully treed path) For the summer months, enjoy the fresh smell and sounds of the water as you sit and soak up the sun on the PRIVATE WATERFRONT Dock (5-7 min walk from cottage). Hop in for a swim or bring the bait and fish right off the dock. Have a round of golf at spectacular Granite Hills or Black Bear golf course. Spend winter days snowmobiling groomed trails. A wonderful relaxing time awaits for you, you will be welcomed by the trees by day and stars at night.
