Kitchen was broken upon arrival. The room had JUST been cleaned, and it was filthy. Dropped a cracker on the ground and within minutes there were hundreds of ants in my room. They accommodated
Beautiful pool, quiet, very limited close parking.

Location is wonderful
Quiet off-the-main-trail location in comparison to the beach towns. Excellent access if a person wanted to go to the beach towns. Shopping and restaurants are 10-15 miles away. Plentiful amenities, ie… restaurant, pool, tennis, pickle ball, fishing and charters. Pleasant friendly people and by far the best place to be for peace and quiet. We have visited a couple times and will definitely go back.
Overall the property was nice and well maintained. The rooms were a bit small but I appreciated the kitchenette. The check in process wasn't straightforward as the lockbox passcode was incorrect and I had to go to the front desk to try to access my room. However, the front desk availability wasn't that good. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and it took many calls to the after hours phone number to get a reply. Eventually we were put into a different room for the first night and when switching over to the room I was supposed to be in I forgot to take my toiletry bag with me. Again there was no one at the front desk and I had to call the after hours phone number multiple times to get a reply. When someone finally picked up the phone they were quite upset and refused to help. Ten minutes later I got aggressive knocking on my door and and a very angry receptionist berating me about the calls. In my opinion this was quite unprofessional and is not the way a hotel should be run.
