SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
We have a booking lead time 1 day in order to schedule housekeeping & check-in requirements for the following day. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest. Priority is given to guests who have booked in advance and need to be checked in.


EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS
We strongly advise you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you definitely require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available.

Unlike hotels, we don't have a different room to give you. This means if a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. In certain circumstances, we may be able to arrange an earlier check-in on the day. This is subject to availability. Surcharges apply.
