We had a lovely stay. The property was very clean, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and we loved the peaceful bush setting. The location was very convenient, just a short drive to all amenities, and there was plenty of parking. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Koala Kubby is located in a quiet location with bushland on one side. Everything was as described in the website. We were a group of eight 'seniors' and we appreciated the five bedrooms and three toilets. Everything was clean and accessible. The location was convenient for accessing the beaches and walking trails around Port Macquarie. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a place to stay.

Great place for Larger Family

House had everything a family would need. Was very clean, beds were comfortable and house was spacious. Large TV in loungeroom but it's the only one in house. House suits up to 10 people. Would have been great to have a remote to garage instead of running before roller door shut but otherwise no complaints. Would recommend.

Great House for large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a really nice house set in a very peaceful gully with bush right next door. Plenty of birds and 1 koala was an added bonus. Suit us perfect as we had 4 couples and a single attending a conference. Close enough to shops etc but far enough away fro the hurly burley. Weather was not kind so not much beach time but place was within a 5 minute drive. Very nice place with no hassles

Super clean, great layout, very well equiped kitchen, huge lounge room, beautiful outlook onto the bush, slept 10 people comfortably. Stayed for the Ironman weekend and was only 5 mins from town centre, would definitely stay here again :) :) :)

The house had everything we needed and more, I have never stayed in such a well appointed holiday home than this one, if we needed it, it was there.The location was stunning, between the bushland setting as well as the tropical trees it was very tranquil.While only 3 mins to the center of Pt Macquarie, we felt like we were miles away, it was very peaceful.The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable.There was plenty of room for all 10 of us to move around easily, play games together and the kids had a great time on the huge driveway with their scootersMy only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.All of my family said they would happily return.Highly recommended A+
