we so enjoyed our stay at this beach house. our host was easy to get in contact with and quick to answer! i felt it was even more spacious than the pictures made it look which was great because everyone had plenty of room and we never felt like we were on top of eachother! the golf cart was an awesome added bonus! 10/10 all the way around!

Our stay was absolutely exceptional! This home is truly magnificent-beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and incredibly spacious. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. Every detail contributed to a memorable vacation, and we would gladly return.The only suggestions we have are relatively minor. For a luxury home at this price point, we were surprised that beach towels and beach umbrellas were notprovided, as those amenities would have made our beach days even more enjoyable. We also found the 9:00 a.m. checkout time to be quite early, which made for a somewhat rushed departure on our last morning.Overall, this is a stunning property that exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Amazing!

Our stay was AMAZING! The hosts were very attentive. If we called them, they were there immediately. The house was very clean and they were very accommodating! Cannot wait to go back to the same house for another amazing vacation!

Better than expected

The house was as described, bigger than expected. Location was great, very close to the beach. The golf cart was a great bonus, we used it every day. The pool was bigger than it looked in pictures. We use vrbo every year for our family vacation. We have 20 people that go on vacation every year. Some houses fix their pictures to make rooms and pool look bigger. The Blue Pear did not do this. All 20 guest were impressed with this rental. The house was clean, great location. We had everything we needed to cook with and grill. Plenty of room to all eat together. This was definitely one of our top rentals we have stayed at. Thank you

This home has it all! Our group had 15 people ages 17-78. Everyone had their own space with plenty of hangout spaces, game tables to entertain, puzzles for rainy days (we didn’t have a single drop while we were there), plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes and pots and pans (we only ate out once), plus a gorgeous pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach is easy and a golf cart was included in our rental. We woud 100% stay here again!

Great home for big group. Very convenient to all the activities in the area and close to the beach. Host was very quick to respond with any questions we had and recommendations. Make sure to go to McGuires to eat too!
