Easter weekend

We so enjoyed our stay! This is the perfect location! The property is so cute and was just what we needed to visit our daughter, watch a little baseball, and celebrate Easter! We highly recommend this property!

Cute place, convenient location

Cute place in a very convenient location. It was well stocked with all we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. My only complaint is the water has a bad sulfur smell.

Nice stay!

Great little spot right in the middle of town. Very nice and tidy and exactly what I needed. Owner was extremely responsive to questions and messages. I’d highly recommend and also looking forward to rebooking in the future for additional trips back to Starkvegas!

The property was great - very clean and updated had everything we needed and even included snacks. Location was perfect - so convenient to campus. The beds were very comfortable. Would rent again

The grass was way to high. Needed to be weed eated & mowed. Deck did not connect to drive. Had to walk in tall wet grass to get in house. Door Key Access did not work. Had to call third party Evolve to get number of house owner to get new code for door. They were very helpful. The key access was tricky to use. We did see both dead and living cockroaches. Big ones too! There were spider webs in the bathtub and dead bugs. You could just tell the place hasn't been rented in a while. The B unit that connected was empty but you could hear the chirp of a low battery in the fire detector. There was no way to get to it and it chirped all weekend. The location of this rental is awesome! And I hate to be negative but I'm just calling it like it was. The place just needs some TLC. With just a little attention it could be a next level spot!!This is the first time I have ever been involved with Evolve while using VRBO! A third party isn't necessary.Overall. If they fixed a few things I would stay again.
