About this property

This is our beautiful family home that we are renting out when we are away. I'm a premier host for our beach property.
You have the house to yourself but we have closed off two of the bedrooms for storage. It is in a new subdivision in Te Awa and you can walk to Napier Boys High School, to the aquarium,
Maraenui Golf Course and a longer walk into town. It is also close to magnificent cycle tracks and a short drive to our beautiful vineyards.
The two bedrooms both have Queen beds and share a spacious, modern, family bathroom. The house has a large fully equipped kitchen, open plan family/dining room with Sky T.V. heat pump, HRV, unlimited WIFI, and double glazing. In the garage you will find a washing machine and clothes drier.
There is a also a separate sunny lounge with a 2nd T.V. that you can chrome cast from. It has good indoor and outdoor flow from the lounge and family room It is north facing, sunny, private and fully fenced. It has everything you need to have a relaxing, enjoyable holiday all on one level. The house is professionally cleaned between tenants. Napier retreat

A lovely home away from home. Close proximity to one of the local golf courses. Excellent communication with the owner. A relaxing retreat that is reasonably close to everything that you might be interested in doing while you are on holiday.
